Summary
Our Pelvic Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) specializing in pelvic health to join our multidisciplinary team. The DPT will provide expert care to patients experiencing a variety of pelvic floor conditions, including but not limited to, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, post-surgical recovery, pregnancy, and postpartum care. The ideal candidate will utilize evidence-based treatments and provide personalized care plans to improve patients' quality of life.

Job Description:
Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to access physical conditions, limitations, and pain. Collaborate with patients to establish personalized treatment goals aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functionality.
Treatment Planning & Implementation: Design and implement individualized treatment plans using a combination of manual therapy, biofeedback, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on injury prevention, exercises, and home care strategies.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Provide clear communication with patients and their families regarding treatment plans, progress, and expected outcomes.
Patient Education & Support: Offer guidance. Provide resources for continuing pelvic health care, including at-home exercises and self-care practices.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations. Ensure documentation reflects patients' treatment plans, progress, and follow-up needs.
Requirements
Doctorate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in physical therapy from accredited college or university
Current Physical Therapy license for the state of New Mexico
Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
Possess and enhances up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices
