At Balanced Physical Therapy & Wellness, we believe support is a vital part of healing. Our Lymphedema–Lipedema Class provides a compassionate, welcoming environment for individuals living with these chronic conditions. This class provides movement and stretching to help improve lymphatic flow.

This class is open to the community and specializes in lymphedema and lipedema care. Whether you’ve just received a diagnosis or have been managing symptoms for years, our class offers:

• Movement and strengthening to help improve lymph flow

• Peer connection with others who understand your journey

• Advice on self-care and nutrition

• Updates on treatment options and wellness strategies

• Emotional support to help reduce stress and isolation

We recognize that lymphedema and lipedema are often misunderstood and underdiagnosed. Our goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported while equipping you with tools to improve your daily life.
